Values help encourage a sense of belonging by articulating how your business does things: the behaviour and attitudes that you would like to be shared. Values are not supposed to be invented by a consultant. They should be directly related to the truth and be the raw material that can be used to influence business strategy. In an informal workshop setting we listen to your teams as they select values from a specially designed flashcard deck. And we facilitate the selection of four or five which can be explained, simply, to the whole company.
